 Justice K.K Gupta is the Founder and Chief Legal Advisor of Coalescent Technologies. Prior to coalescent,he served as the chief justice of Jammu and Kashmir State in INDIA. After graduating from J & K University in the year 1950, he completed Law Degree from the University of New Delhi in 1952. Even after his retirement in the year 1992, he continued to engage in following roles;

Chairman of the delimitation commission in 1992.
Chairman of the backward classes' commission in 1993.
Re-elected as Chairman of the delimitation commission in 1994.
One man commission for Amar Nath Ji Shiv Lingam controversy in 2006.
